Bougie, Boujee, Bourgeois, Swank, Showy, Grandiose, Pompous, chichi, Over-the-top, Cutesy, Snobbish, Fancy-pants, Campy, Hoity-toity and a slew of other words used to describe a Bougie babe and in this case a black&bougie one, meaning; middle/upper class. This is a state of mind. For me Black Bougie girls are from the hood or have a relationship with the hood but are not "hood" or They are comfortable doing hood things in a not so hood environment or They may live in the hood but you may not know it because they don't do hood things, get it? Also note there is a difference between (Being Hood) and (Being from the Hood). Im from the hood and I can be Hood #black&bougie and proud.
